Liberty reigns supreme—this is the thought with which Robert created the objects in the PUNK series, which for him represent more of a message and an attitude, a call to freedom.

The names of the objects are clearly inspired by the punk movement. This movement, which emerged in the 1970s as a reaction to the social and cultural norms of the time, became a symbol of nonconformity. Punk ideology promotes spontaneity and encourages individuals to create their own opportunities and freely express their identity. The movement profoundly influenced not only music but also art, fashion, and global popular culture, becoming a source of inspiration for contemporary design. The finishes range from brass and stainless steel to various colors, thus easily adapting to different types of spaces and bringing a touch of freedom and authenticity.

About the Designer/Studio

Always surrounded by a culture of craftsmanship, Robert Catrina naturally gravitated towards the creative realm of architecture and design, where he manages to explore his passion for spaces, objects, and the experiences they can create. His studio, robertcatrina STUDIO, is a collaborative space for architects, designers, artists, and craftsmen. He believes in the purity of minimalism but also enjoys adding accents that transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
