Mezzaluna Floor Lamp

Within the galaxy of Italian lighting fixtures from the 1970s and 1980s, some objects became best-sellers. Others were elevated to the status of cult objects. Still others have traversed the era leaving memories as powerful as their halogen lighting, then a panacea of the genre.

Such is the case of Mezzaluna, a half-moon floor lamp designed in 1975 by Bruno Gecchelin, both an international best-seller and an absolute reference in Italian design.
